TRADERS
If you would like to apply for a trade stall pitch on the carnival field, please email stourportcarnivalfield@gmail.com, letting us know what you are hoping to sell/what you do. We will then send you an application form if there is availability for that type of stall.
We don't permit the sale of alcohol on the carnival field so cannot accept applications for any stall selling any type of alcohol.
We advise traders to send in their application forms as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Your booking is not confirmed until the completed form is received and full payment has been made.
Our aim is to have a range of stalls and food vendors so we can't accept lots of stalls selling the same items.
Stourport Carnival Society retain the right to refuse applications should we deem necessary.
Please ensure you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions covering health and safety, public liability, food hygiene certification, health and safety risk assessment and data protection as they apply to your trading area.
